Ingredients:
 - 2 + 1/2 cups of flower
 - 3-4 tbsp of oil
 - 1 tbsp od dryed yeast
 - 2 + 1/2 cups of warm milk
 - salt

Mix all the ingredients togheter and let it rise10-15 minutes.

You will get enough dough to make two pizza crust, so divide the dough into two equal portions and roll them until the desired thickness.

Tomato Sauce

You can buy it in the supermarket, but it is so easy and so better homemade that unless you don't have time you must do it yourself

 Ingredients:
  - Tomatos
  - Splash of water
  -Splash of white wine
  - Salt, pepper, parsley, or other seasonings that you like.
  - Garlic
  - Onion
  - Olive oil

Start by eating 1-3 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan. Mince 1 or 2 cloves of garlic and about half of an onionamd put them in the pan.
Mix every once in a while withou leting it burning.
Add the peeled tomatos (5-8) and let it cook a litle bit. Add a splash of water and a splash of white whine, but not much or the sauce will end very liquid. Let it all cook until the water and whine are almost evaporated and season with what you want.
Now you can puree the tomatos, or if you like them entire you don't puree them.

The sauce is ready.

Topping and Baking

Put a generous amount of tomato sauce in each crust and spread it.
To put on top you can use anything. I use mushrooms, bacon, mozzarella cheese and ham, but you can all the things you have at home.
I also like to put some fresh herbs to give more flavor, such as oreganos, parsley or cilantros. It's your choice how to decorate it. Be creative!

Pre-heat the oven to 180ÂșC (355 F) and bake the pizzas for about 10-20 minutes.

Cut them and serve immediatly.

If you decide to try this recipe, please share with us what you put in your pizza
I hope you like them, have fun and thank you for watching!

Advice for Those Who Can't Wait to Eat

I know that eventhough this very esay it takes 30-45 minutes. But there is a solution. For all of you impatients one, you can skip the 10-15 minutes of growing and you can even speed up more the process by using a frying pan. Here's how:

Heat a large frying pan, make your pizza's crust a little bit smaller and trow them into the pan. When the bottom is ready turn it and then you can start your pizza. Spread the tomato sauce and put all the food you want and end with grated cheese to add that  extra flavour.

                  Enjoy it!
