Pistachio Creme Brulee
Super quick, super cheating creme brulee ;-)
Ingredients and Method
1 box instant pudding such as Jell-o, pistachio flavor (or any other that you like!), 99 g
1 3/4 c milk
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (light or brown doesn't matter) OR coconut palm sugar
Dissolve pudding powder in milk, whisk until thickened
Pour into oven proof mold such as for creme brulee or even a bowl
Chill for 10 minutes in the fridge, take out and sprinkle with sugar
Place oven rack right under broiler and broil pudding for 1.5 minutes, until sugar melted and bubbly (watch out not to burn sugar)
Let stand for a minute and enjoy~
