You do not have to go to the grocery store to always get you noodles, spaghetti, and or pasta. Home made pasta is great!. You can make a whole lot at a time and save the rest for later.  We usually like to make trenette or eggless pasta as it keeps longer.

This is a simple pasta drying stand made from a few pieces of PVC, two cheap grills from the dollar store, and a few other parts. There are two levels. You can always remove the bottom level if you  want really long pasta. Do not use it on the floor. On a table.counter or shelf would be much better.

In putting the stand together I used cellophane tape so that the 1 inch  corners would seal on the 3/4 inch tees. Depending on the size of the grill, the measurement will vary. A measuring tape will ease the job of getting the lengths right. I intended to use 3 feet tubes for the uprights, but only had enough for 2 feet or so tubes. I used a pipe cutter instead of a hacksaw to cut the pieces. Less messy, quicker, and squared ends.

It is so simple to put together, that the pictures should be sufficient.
