Parmesan Roasted Carrots With Garlic

Thanksgiving is right around the corner here in America, I wanted to add another side dish so you can have options when it comes to planning your Thanksgiving dinner. These Roasted Carrots come together beautifully and with only a few basic ingredients but they are a crowd pleaser. Supplies

Ingredients

  • 8-10 carrots peeled
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

Mix Butter and Garlic Together

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Mix melted butter and minced garlic together (you can add a few extra cloves of garlic if you love garlic).

First Bake

Place carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with butter/garlic mixture. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes. Shake pan occasionally to rotate carrots.

Top With Cheese and Bake Again

Top with parmesan cheese and roast for another 10 minutes or until carrots reach desired doneness.

Top with fresh parsley (add extra salt if needed) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
