Parmesan Roasted Carrots With Garlic
Thanksgiving is right around the corner here in America, I wanted to add another side dish so you can have options when it comes to planning your Thanksgiving dinner. These Roasted Carrots come together beautifully and with only a few basic ingredients but they are a crowd pleaser. Ingredients
- 8-10 carrots peeled
- 2 Tbsp butter melted
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp chopped parsley

Mix Butter and Garlic Together
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix melted butter and minced garlic together (you can add a few extra cloves of garlic if you love garlic).
First Bake
Place carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Drizzle with butter/garlic mixture. Roast in oven for 15-20 minutes. Shake pan occasionally to rotate carrots.
Top With Cheese and Bake Again
Top with parmesan cheese and roast for another 10 minutes or until carrots reach desired doneness.
Enjoy!
