Glue Test Cap
Clean the inside of your pvc pipe and outside of test cap with a green scotch-bright pad. Mix your Gorilla glue epoxy in given container. Within 5 minutes spread on test cap and inside of pvc pipe. Press firmly for 30 seconds leave to rest for 10 minutes before touching.
I used the test cap instead of a real pvc cap because i think its looks a lot better than a big cap.
Sand/Paint
Scotch-bright your whole pvc pipe and paint if wanted. Before painting be sure to use a tac cloth to get excess pvc shaving out. Leave overnight in closed area.
After painting peel back tape and cut to length of rod. Leave extra space for gripper plug.
Gripper Plug
To finish the rod tube place gripper plug in open end of pvc and twist wing nut until gripper is tight and will not come out.
Thats it your travel rod tube is complete:)
