PB and J Pizza
While I was in school, I experimented with dieting options to improve my overall health. The most challenging one going vegan. This means that I would be eating things that do not have any animal biproducts in it. This resulted in me eating a lot of similar things for a long period of time, and this would become very repetitive. So, when I had the idea to do this, it gave me more variety to how I can make a meal, that is full of protein and tasty. I have tried many kinds of dieting and going vegan was the hardest to do meals for. This is especially challenging when I did weightlift exercises every day, and I required a high protein consumption.
