•1/4 tsp baking powder
•Pinch of salt

• 1 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2/3 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup plain sugar
• 1 stick softened butter
• 1 1/2 to 2 tsp vanilla
You don't really need two eggs- I used egg replacer but you could use 1+ yolk of another

Mix Dry Ingredients
It's just how it sounds- toss the dry ingredients ( flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips) into a bowl and mix!
Mix Wet Ingredients
Again, just what it sounds like- mix butter, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, and sugars on low speed in a mixer
Finish
Combine the wet and dry ingredients in the mixer on low speed. Form into balls and bake for 10 minutes. Cool and eat!
