Otto Robot
This will be a step by step guide to building your Otto robot
Screw your micro servos into the feet with the white single tabs to hold the servos in place.
In the body of the robot, screw the remaining two servos into the wholes in the bottom of the body. Make sure you aline the gear with the whole for screwing in later.
Now we screw the servos in place. Notice that we use two screws each for stability.
For the attachment of the legs, use two white single mounts for the gear of the servo can rotate and move the feet. Be sure not to overtighten.
Now run the wires of the servos through the holes at the bottom of the body.
For the head, put the eyes (ultrasonic), in the body, then your shield. Screw in the shield in the corresponding holes. DO NOT over screw, otherwise they will puncture through the body.
IMPORTANT. Take the red wire from the battery and insert it into the VIN. Take the black wire from the switch and insert that into the ground. DO NOT PUT THE RED IN 5V.
Next, connect all of your servos to the corresponding port as you see here, brown towards you relative to the eyes being upside down.
Now put the head on the body and you're ready to hit the switch. Please make sure not to leave any wires out before snapping the head onto the body.
