One Pot Pineapple Cake

image10.jpeg

This one pot dessert is easy and requires minimum ingredients. Whether in a dutch oven (like pictured below), a crockpot, or a cake pan, this recipe only uses one "pot". The result, a light, fluffy, citrusy cake that is the perfect dessert after a meal, a light bite in the morning, or a refreshing snack in the afternoon. Don't like pineapple? Add cherries or mandarin oranges instead.

You can bake with the lid on but I suggest taking off the lid the last 10 minutes. Enjoy!
