3 Ingredients Peanut Butter Fudge
3 c white choc chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c chocolate chip (optional), if you'd like to make variation for swirled top such as the one on picture - sometimes I do plain, sometimes I do as pictured - Melted and pour into ziplock bag. Snip the corner.
Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with foil and spray with non stick spray
Place all ingredients in a bowl and microwave for a minute. Take out and stir. Heat again for a minute, take out and stir. Repeat steps until all ingredients melted and smooth.
Pour mixture into pan and smooth the top. Chill for at least 2 h and slice into 1 inch squares.
Now for the variation: Once you pour and smooth peanut butter mixture, pipe melted chocolate into lines and using tooth pick/knife/skewers, created swirl texture lightly on the surface. Then chill for 2 h.
Enjoy :)
3 Ingredients Salted Chocolate Caramel Fudge
1 can (14 oz) Caramel Flavored sweetened condensed milk (if you cannot find it at your store(s), you can make yourself by boiling the whole can of sweetened condensed milk for at least 3 hours, again the whole can, unopened, and must covered by water at all time. This can also be done in crockpot).
18 oz choc chips mixed with a pinch of salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla essence
Topping: coarse sea salt and caramel sauce (store bought or homemade is fine) - optional but will make your fudge prettier ;-)

Take off from heat and stir in vanilla essence
Pour into prepared pan, smooth surface and chill for at least 2 h

Enjoy :)
NOTE: once you smoothed the surface you can sprinkle with coarse sea salt OR you can wait until fudge firm, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coarse salt.
