No Yeast Dinner Rolls

Dinner Rolls are small, usually round individual loaf of bread served as a meal accomplishment which can be eaten plain or with the butter. They are found in most cuisines all over the world.

Supplies

All Purpose flour – 1-1/2 cup

Yogurt – ¼ cup

Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

Baking Soda – ¼ teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Eno Fruit Salt – 1 teaspoon

Oil – 1-1/2 tablespoon

Milk – for brushing

Butter – as required

Make a Sticky Dough

Take a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, yogurt, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, eno fruit salt together. Mix well. Now add water little by little and make a dough. At this stage, dough will be sticky.

Add Oil and Knead It Well

Now take the dough on a flat surface, add oil little by little and knead for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Divide the Dough Into Equal Portions and Make Balls

Now when you notice that dough is no longer sticking, grease your palm with oil and divide the dough in 8 equal portions and make balls.

Arrange Ball on a Greased Tray

Arrange balls on a greased tray by keeping some distance between them. Brush them with the milk.

Bake Dinner Rolls

Preheat oven at 200 C and bake the dinner rolls for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Brush With Butter and Cover It With Wet Cloth

Remove the tray and apply butter over the baked dinner rolls. Cover with a wet cloth and let it cool. Once cooled, remove and separate the dinner rolls.

Ready to Serve
