i made a night lamp to win this contest
Supplies
thread
scissor
glue
wire
brush
water
balloon
led
fil the balloon with air
tire the thread over the balloon
mix glue in water with brush
apply water mix glue on the thread to become harder
cover the balloon with thread and glue
bust the balloon
connect the led with wire inside the round thread and you will find light lamp which can hang
