NFU Lighting Ball Stick

This is a Fire Dancing toy that can be installable and

removable to become fire staff, fireball and fire poi.

We made a PCV tube to be removable and tie up to each end with scout rope, and each end both have installed LED lights. Due to its dismantling characteristic, we can have fire staff, fireball and poi three types of mode with one stick

USE 3D PRINTER PRINTS THE LATCHES AND USE SENDPAPER OR RASP TO MAKE IT FIT PERFECTLY.

INSTALL INTO THE END OF PVC TUBE AND STICK IT WITH GLUE.

CUT THE PVC TUBE TO ABOUT 20CM.

DRILL THE HOLES ON PVC TUBE THAT CAN FIT LED LIGHTBALLS AND SWITCH PROPERLY.

WELD THE SWITCH, BATTERY AND LED LIGHTBALLS TOGETHER WITH WIRES.

INSTALLED SWITCH, LIGHTBALLS AND BATTERY INTO PVC TUBE, YOU CAN USE CABLE TIES TO HOLD THE BATTERY PACK PROPERLY.

TIE UP WITH SCOUT ROPES TO THE END OF PVC TUBE.

INSTALL THE LATCHES ON PVC TUBES TO BECOME FIRE STAFF AND REMOVE TO BECOME FIRE BALL AND POI.
