My Home Renewable Energy
my homes renewable energy. it's used for Power outages and and bad weather and just in case power
here are the items it consist of. in the photos you'll see what all it takes to make a small but usable renewable energy source.
I have two 50 amp hour batteries 12 volts a piece. there is two 55 amp hour along with the two 50s. all together a total of 210 amp hours of power.

All the Wire to Connect Batteries to the System.
nothing special just some wires on buss bars and jumpers. this is where all the wires are connected to the inverters and fuse blocks and charge controller and voltage indicator.
The System Itself Step by Step.
voltage indicator. it is a charge controller from a Haber freight 45 watt solar kit. im using it for the lights, the cigarette lighter plugs and the accessories plug nothing else.
The Fuse Blocks for Each Inverter
the first picture is a 150 amp rest breaker fuse block. the second with the voltage indicator is just a standard large 2 prong 100 amp fuse block that uses to fuses. im only using one because I've wired for an extra inverter for later.
The Charge Controller
this is the whole systems charge controller. a charge controller is like a vehicle voltage regulator on your alternator. whatever voltage comes in from the solar panel it's reduces the voltage to whatever voltage the charge controller is calling for at that point. if you look closely you can also the the existing battery voltage and a bar graph for battery level.
This Is the Small Dc to Ac Power Inverter
this is a 800 watt cobra modified sine wave inverter. Works well for lights and things that's not using computer components and fans like refrigerators and freezers. the next inverter are for those devices.
Large Inverter
this is a 1000 watt xantrex pure sine wave inverter. it's used for my television, computer and refrigerate when the power is out. also charge laptops and cellphones from it also because almost all inverters has a built-in usb for charging usb devices.
Dc Lighting That's Used From the System
these are lights I have from the Habor freight 45 watt solar kit that I use with the charge controller that came with the kit. they put a little light that's decent just not as good as a led lights which im gonna convert these to when I get time.
This Is the Final Step.
this is the power to the whole system it's a renogy 100watt solar monocrystaline 12 volt panel. this is a picture from amazon where I bought it since mine is on the roof.
