The Glueing
Lay out the monopoly money in a 4 x 5 grid. There are some important descisions to be made here. Rows or random? Should the numbers face the same way. These are just some of the very important descisions you will have to make during this step.
Glue the monopoly money together end to end in strips of 4. Then glue those strips together. You'll now have a sheet of monopoly money paper.
Cover the sheet in your contact paper on both sides. this makes the wallet very durable.

The Folding & Measuring & Cutting
One of the advantages of making your own, is that you can decide exactly how big you want your wallet to be, so decide on the length and breadth of your wallet. (All US Dollar notes are 6.35 centimeters high, and a €50 note is 7.7cm high)
Fold the sheet over on itself with at least twice your desired height from from the fold to the edge on each side.
Measure the height from the fold to the edge on both sides and mark in your required measurement with you marker.
Cut between the two marks.

Cut between the two marks.
More Folding & Measuring & Cutting
Fold the two sides in half, into the original fold. Fold the wallet again in the middle.
Now you have to trim the sides off. Measure the desired width from the center fold on both sides(mine is 9.5 cm) and add on 1.5 cm (this will be the flaps which will lock the wallet together). Mark at least two points this distance from the center. Now cut along the line of these points.
Draw in an "X" in the center on cut from point to point, this will be the entrance to the pockets in the wallet.
Draw a 1.5cm line along each one of the folds, and cut along these lines. Fold in and glue down every second flap.

Finishing Up
Fold the inside flap into the inside flap, and then the outside flap into the outside pocket.
Repeat on the other side.
It'll be all sealed up now.
