Stuffed Mini Peppers in Air Fryer
I like to always have bell peppers on hand in my house, I use them in all my stews and preparations, they are a must in my kitchen, I decided to find a way to plant them and have them in a very natural way and always fresh, so I looked for how they were grown and discovered that it really is very easy, so today I bring you how you can grow bell peppers at home and by the way I leave you two recipes with paprika that I hope you like.
Supplies
Ingredients
- 5 Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 450 Pork
- Corn kernels
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Achiote powder
- Oil
- double cream cheese
Collecting paprika seeds is very easy, we just need a paprika, we open it in half and take out its seeds, we can let them dry for 2 days and then put them in a pot with a little soil.
We place the seeds and cover them with a thin layer of soil.
Keep them constantly moist, always without flooding.
After approximately 10 days they germinate, the pepper reproduces much better in warm climates, so if we are in a cold climate it will need a pot with a heated bed, and leave it in the sun.
After approximately 3 and a half months you get small sprouts of peppers.
1.Wash the peppers
2.Remove the seeds and ribs
3.Cut the peppers in half
4.Place the cut peppers in the Air Fryer with a little oil on top and place at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

2. Then fill them with the previously sautéed pork.
3. Place them back in the air fryer pot for another 7 minutes.
1. Add grated cheese on top of the peppers to gratinate, I love how cheese complements this recipe.
2. Put them back in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 160 °C
To make the paprika jam
1. Chop the paprika into small squares
2. Add a cup of sugar and stir over high heat
3. When the sugar begins to caramelize, add a cup of water and a cup of vinegar.
4. Lower the heat to medium for 20 minutes and stir to prevent sticking
5. Turn off the heat and let it rest.
