Millet Cookies _ Foxtail Millet (Thinai)

Hi Guys,

These cookies are more health and high fiber content and you don't need to bake the cookies.

The main ingredients of these cookies are Millet or Foxtail or Thinai. These are all the popular names to call the main ingredient.

Main Ingredients

1: Millet or Foxtail or Thinai (1 Cup)

2: Ghee

3: Sugar / Brown sugar (1/3 Cup)

4: Cardamom

5: Badam / Cashew

Process

The Millet or Foxtail or Thinai take and put into a frying pan and evenly stirring often until light brown and spread in the plate to reduce the temperature.

Take fried Millet or Foxtail or Thinai put into the jar and make a fine powder.

Also, take the sugar and cardamom put into a jar and make it a fine powder.

Heat the ghee in medium temperature and pour the ghee in that power and mixed well.

Take the mold container and apply the ghee and placed the sliced badam.

Also, take the stock and put it into the mold cavity for the required shape and take the mold into the refrigerator for a few minutes.

After removing the mold from the refrigerator and spread the mold and millet cookies.

Finally plating the millet cookies.

Note: Add some honey or liquid chocolate on top of the cookies.
