Get Your Supplies

Whenever cooking something or doing something else its always a good idea to make sure you have everything you need so there's no quick runs to walmart to get something. So take this time to get everything on the supplies list. When your making something you should also make sure you have enough of your supplies. You can never have to much but you can always have to little.

Make Dough

Grab your dough ingredients

4-4 2/3 cups of all purpose flour or bread flour
4 2/4 teaspoons of yeast

3 teaspoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder(optional)

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 cup warm water

Instructions
Combine 2 cup (125g) of flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. If desired, add garlic powder at this point as well.

Add olive oil and warm water and use a wooden spoon to stir well very well. Gradually add another 2 cup (125g) of flour. Add any additional flour as needed (I've found that sometimes I need as much as an additional 2/3 cup), stirring until the dough is forming into a cohesive, elastic ball and is beginning to pull away from the sides of the bowl ). The dough will still be slightly sticky but still should be manageable with your hands. Drizzle a separate, large, clean bowl generously with olive oil and use a pastry brush to brush up the sides of the bowl. Lightly dust your hands with flour and form your pizza dough into a round ball and transfer to your olive oil-brushed bowl. Use your hands to roll the pizza dough along the inside of the bowl until it is coated in olive oil, then cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place. Allow dough to rise for 30 minutes or until doubled in size. , I also recommend preheating your oven to 425F (215C) at this point so that it will have reached temperature once your pizza is ready to bake. Once the dough has risen, use your hands to gently deflate it and transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth (about 3-5 times). **Ideally your water should be between 105-115F (40-46C). I usually just use warm tap water but do make sure that your water isn't too hot or it will kill your yeast!

Shaping Your Dough

This part is kind of hard to explain but i'll try.

for the BB-8 pizza Roll out you dough with the rolling pin so the dough is about 1/2 inch high. I shaped the dough into a larger circle(it helps if you have a bowl about the size the the circle you want to imprint in the dough to make a nice circle) then cut off the top a little. then make a smaller circle and cut the bottom so it fits what you cut on the larger circle.then try to weld the head and the body together so they look like one piece. Don't worry to much about this though the toppings will cover the line.

for the Millenium Falcon pizza Roll dough so its about 1/2 inch high. Then make a circle and take a knife and cut the bottom so its straight then cut the left side so it goes into the bottom don't make it completely straight make the top round then go straighter towards the bottom. Set that aside. Take some extra dough and cut a cockpit out the thing on the left side in the picture. Then make the bottom part and try to weld the pieces together make sure there is a little triangle of space between the cockpit and the other parts. You need to make a small circle to stick on the top of the pizza

I hope that sorda made sense you can also copy off the pictures for each part to I left the lines showing so you can see each part.
