Corn on the cob or shelling is a recipe that I love, it is easy to prepare, it is an ideal fast food recipe for those days when we want to prepare something delicious with little time, it is a dish that allows us to experiment with many ingredients, we can prepare it with different meats or vegetables, in this preparation add a lot of cheese since I wanted it to be au gratin and add the shoestring fries to provide different textures, the crispness of the potatoes, juicy for their meats, their corn grains provide color and a sensation pleasant to bite into, definitely a recipe we should allow ourselves to try.

6. Wash our chicken very well, for this we heat a little water in a pot, we will wait until it is boiling and we will add the chicken breast to disinfect, we will leave a few minutes and we throw away that first water, I do this process to eliminate all chicken bacteria

7.Reheat a little water and add the chicken breast, leave the breast over medium heat until it cooks.

8.When the chicken breast is already cooked, let it cool down and shred it.

9. We will cut the meat into cubes.

13. In a pot we will put a little water and we will cook our cobs, I do this step so that the corn grains come out faster, for this recipe you could also use sweet corn already shelled.

18. On a plate, serve our delicious cob au gratin, add shoestring fries on top. I love this because the shoestring fries add crispness to the recipe.
