Mask Making
Making a Joker Mask out of clay.
Supplies
Clay, Paints, brushes, Bandage, Newspaper, Clay Molding Tools, Cardboard for stand, etc.
Getting Started
Start by picking out a proper mold for the mask. Make sure to take a good shaped news paper-structure to give shape to your ideas. Also have a bandage so that the mask does not stick to the newspaper.
Take Clay
Take a big enough block of clay to start making the structure of the mask
Make the Structure
Start making the basic design of the mask. Roll the clay flat, and put it on the news paper and bandage mold.
Add Features
Start adding features to the mask. Make the eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, ears, etc.
Let It Dry
Keep the clay mask to dry for 24-48hours.
Apply Primer
Once the mask has dried, apply primer all over the mask.
Let the Primer Dry
Wait for another 15-20 minutes for the primer to dry.
Start Painting
Once the primer has dried, start painting on the mask. Make creative designs and make your mask look attractive.
Wait for the Pain to Dry And...
Take another 10 minutes to wait for the paint to dry, and then your mask will be ready!
