I saw the contest space challenge and there were not allot of entries so i thought why not.

In this DIY I explain how you can make your own children nightshade.

What do you need?

  1. a can
  2. a lamp on batteries perhaps
  3. or a small candle
  4. some spraypaint for the can exterior

Clean Your Can

Before you clean your can make sure that the inside of the can is shiny because this will make sure the lights will be reflected on the inside.

Drill the Holes

Choose at least 3 different sizes of drills to drill the holes with. This creates an 'realistic' effect.

play a little with the pattern and maybe create some constellations!!

Spray the Can

This is of course optional but when you want to do this then make sure you sand the can just a little bit. If you don't have sanding paper then you can use the hard part of the cleaning sponge.

Don't use a lamp that is to bright because then your stars will not be visible at all.

I am quite new to instructables so if you have any tips please let me know. Also just ask when you have questions.
