Resolution: 0.3mm
Infill: 30%
Filament material: PETG or ABS
Notes:
It is important to use materials such as PETG or ABS, as according to studies, they are tolerant to chemical products used in hospitals.
Necessary Materials
This design does not require custom shapes or holes in the shell material. All you need is a 0.3mm thick, 300mm by 200mm acetate sheet and a regular elastic band to create a support for your head.
Assembling
With an ordinary rubber band in hand, wrap one of the ends on the back of the faceshield (as shown in the image) and then wrap the other end of the elastic on the opposite side of the facefield.
Then, cut a 0.3mm thick acetate sheet to the size of 300mm x 200mm and insert it into the front groove of the faceshield.
