Make It Real - Iron Man Gauntlets

In this project, we are going to build a real-life full metal and functional iron man hand.

This hand can shoot bullets from the repulsor.

1. Aluminum sheet (You can also use plastic)

2. Copper Wire

3. Nichrome Wires

4. Li-on Battery

5. M-seal

6. Copper Pipe

7. Nut and Bolt

8. A Switch

9. Rocket Fuel or Black Powder

Tools Needed:-

1. Pliers

2. A Pair of scissors

3. Soldering Iron

4. Electric Tape

Follow these steps:-

Step 1:- Cut Aluminum Sheet According to your hand size with the help of pair of scissors as shown in Figure no. 1.

Step 2:- Make 3 holes in the sheet as shown in Figure no. 2.

Step 3:- Just bend the sheet from its length and join 1st hole and 2nd hole with the help of nut and bolt.

Put your hand in the gauntlet body and check whether it fits in your hand or not as I have done in the picture.

Step 1:- Take a 2cm copper pipe.

Step 2:- Take 2 (1 Red for +ve and 1 Black for -ve) copper wire and 0.5 cm long nichrome wire and join them by doing the soldering. (Take one end of nichrome wire as +ve and other as -ve)

Step 3:- Secure the soldering with electric tape.

Step 4:- Put it in a copper pipe and secure it with m-seal (You can use any type of sealing material).

Follow these steps:-

Step 1:- Put the Repulsor we made in Gauntlet Body and secure it with M-seal. (As shown in picture no. 1)

Step 2:- Make a control circuit (as shown in Figure no. 1).

Now, Your Gauntlet is completed it's time for testing.

Step 1:- Remove Battery from Repulsor. (For safety)

Step 2:- Fill Rocket Fuel In repulsor.

Step 3:- Put a BB bullet wrapped from tissue paper. (You Can also use metal balls but it is dangerous)

Step 4:- Put Battery again. (Safely)

Safety Precautions:-

1.Wear Gloves under the Gauntlets.

2.Wear Ear Plug.

3.Wear Safety Goggles.

Wear Your Gauntlets and go in your garden and just press the switch and Bang****. (Don't Point Any Living Being and do it with your elders.)
