Amazon envelope

Brush

Macaroni

Mod Podge

Outline of any image

Scissors

Acrylic paint

Get your amazon envelope and in one corner paint on a square of Mod Podge

Place on the macaroni

Continue this process until it is completely covered

Cut out the outline itself - the fighter jet in my case - so the bit around it is ready to use

Place the outside piece so it is acting like a stencil

Paint the inside but make sure the outline doesn't move
