M416/HK416 | Knex Modular Rifle | (Instructions)
Hey there! I am bringing you today another gun, this time a replica of the M416 or HK416. This was sort of built around the MARR style from myOmy, with the side rails and the attachments. I have just copied a few things from him into my own version, and it came out like this. It was a collaboration with my brother, who provided many great ideas including the stock style, and we both built it to shoot. It did, though not impressively, at around 20-30 feet. It has a comfortable handle with some nice features, like it's kind of curved at the back and has a point at the bottom front. A nice mag design comes with it too, with an automatic ram that does not protrude from the magazine. This type of mag is new to us, and so we implemented it in this gun. The magazine can hold only 7 or so bullets, but it proves much more handy if ever used in a knex war, where speed is needed. The loading, however, does take quite a while since you have to push each bullet perfectly into the top of the magazine, after taking off the cover. Moving on to the rails, this gun has top, bottom, and side rails, which I have copied slightly from myOmy's MARR. This gun was meant to be a tactical but cooler version of the MARR. That's really it, so if you want to build it, here it is.
I will need to apologize for any blurry or weirded pictures since I took it with my phone. This was before some other projects where I used a professional camera.
