Found this old suitcase on a thrift market.

I use the webside: https://www.makercase.com

And lazercut all the boxes I 3mm plywood.

I made a big box, which inside dimensions fit exactly to the inside dimensions of the old suitcase.
It was assembled and glued inside the box.

Then I made smaller boxes in 4 different dimensions.

Box in 2 Layers

I made a box in which I cut two 6mm plywood and put in the bottom. Then I made the 4 smaller boxes, that fits inside the box, but balances on the 6mm plywood.

I want to be able to close the suitcase without Lego being mixed up again.

I dicided to use plexiglass and put in a Lego Logo in the middle.

This was also cut on the laser cutter.

Magazines in the Lit

In the lit I cut 2 pieces of plexiglass where the instruction magazines can be stored and displayed.

Used the Old Straps for Closing the Suitcase

I used the old straps in the suitcase to keep the plexiglass lit in place.
