Leather Necklace Leaves Shape

Hello everyone, in this tutorial we will learn how to make a simple but very beautiful necklace made of leather and that requires basic manual skills.

To develop this tutorial we will need the following materials:

• Leather trims of three different colors
• Leather strings of three different colors
• Small key ring rings
• Scissors
• A pair of tweezers
• Pencil or spherical
• Paper sheet
• Glue gun

On a sheet of paper draw the silhouette of a single leaf of a tree, the size of this leaf is about 6 cm high and 3.5 cm wide. Then we cut it with scissors.

To make the leather leaves, use the template made in the previous step and retighten with pencil the silhouette on the leather of the three colors. Finally, cut out all the drawn leaves.

In this tutorial I made 6 brown leaves, 5 blue leaves and 4 red leaves.

To hang the leaves on the rope we must put a ring to each sheet, first open the ring, then make a small hole in the leather leave and finally introduce the ring and close, as seen in the images.

Once we have all the leather leaves with their respective rings, insert each leave in the rope of their respective color, so that the leaves do not get disordered with the movement, stick with silicone one leave on another.

Finally, make a couple of knots so that the leaves remain in place and you can hang the collar around your neck.
