These are latex-free juggling balls that you can make from inexpensive household materials.

Supplies

3 “zip and seal” snack-size bags. (Sandwich-sized bags will also work.)

3 paper towels or six “select a size” paper towels.

Approximately two cups (480 ml) of sand, flour, or beans (half a cup to five ounces/120 to 150 ml. per juggling ball.)

Approximately 12 yards/11 meters of masking tape.

Pour Sand Into Bag

Pour the sand (flour, beans, etc.) into the bag. Squeeze out some of the excess air as you're able. 5 ounces/150 ml makes a bigger ball; half a cup/120 ml is a little smaller, so adjust for your hands. Sand is denser than flour or beans.

Tape the Flap Shut

Tape down the zip-seal flap using an inch or two/2-5 cm of masking tape.

Fold the Bag in Half and Tape It

Fold the sand bag in half, and tape it closed with about 6 inches/15 cm of masking tape.

Put the Bag on a Paper Towel

Put the paper towel on a flat surface, and put the sand bag on it.

Fold the Paper Towel Over the Bag

Fold the paper towel over the bag of sand, and hold in place with masking tape. (More paper towels can make a softer, bigger ball.)

Cover the Paper Towel With Tape

Cover the bag in the paper towel with masking tape. For the first few rounds, it helps to turn the bag 90 degrees, and try to cover it in each direction you can (as shown.) The tighter the tape, the firmer the ball will be, and more tape lasts longer.

Decorate the Ball (optional)

Your ball is ready to juggle! You may want to decorate the ball. (Using duct tape is NOT latex-free, but you might prefer the look.) Masking tape now comes in multiple colors, so be as creative as you like.
