Hands up and down I love this dish I eat it all the time. All flavor and no oil. My first time trying this goodness was in South Korea. I had no idea the food was so good. I ate at the chicken place the whole 2 weeks I was there.

This dish is so easy to make just set it and forget it.... lol

Chicken Wings

Dry off wings place in Air basket skin side down sprinkle salt and pepper.

Bake for 11 minutes @200C or 392F.

Turn over and Repeat.

I cooked my chicken for 22 minutes total 11 minutes on each side.

Make sure the center temps at 165F.

Sauce.

Heat sauce pan over medium heat.

Add oil, garlic, stock, honey, soy, gochujang, and corn starch mix.

As it heats up it will bubble up and thicken. Cook for 5 minutes.

The Chicken should be ready now. It comes out golden brown and crispy. Toss in the sauce and top with sesame seeds. Dig in and enjoy.

You can use boneless chicken.

Marinate in cooking wine.

The original dish is pretty complex with a super hot taste.

Feel free to customize it anyway you want.

Ive made this dish so many times and it great every single time.
