Boiling the Milk
Keep 1 and half litre of milk for boiling onces it's boiled let it sit for 2 min.
Curdle Milk
Add vinegar and keep stirring till milk crudles
Strain the Whey
Onces milk is curdle strain the whey and wash it with plain water to remove the taste of vineger
Half Liter
Boil half liter of milk in low to medium flam till it reduced in half
