Decorating the Cake
In a metal bowl, mix together:

1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
about three cups of powdered sugar
1 package of cream cheese.
1 teaspoon of milk
You might have to add more powdered sugar, to give it the consistency of frosting. Ice the cake.
In a small bowl, mix a few tablespoons of sugar with two drops of blue food coloring. Mix thoroughly, and sprinkle over cake.
Making the Cake Topper
Using the provided picture cut out cardboard pieces, to assemble the main body of the robot. Then cut out six cardboard squares, to form the head. Hot glue the pieces together. Also hot glue two black insulated wires to the sides of the head, to make the antennas. For the legs, I used two seasoning bottles. Glue all of these pieces together, and paint the entire assembly yellow. I then used to seasoning bottle lids, for the feet, after having painted them silver. Use a colored markers, for the mouth and eyes. The arms were simply extra cardboard pieces, painted yellow, to match the body.
