Improvised Plum Cake

At 10 years old me and my BFF were bored and alone in my home after school . I desired for activity and something sweet. the result was Improvised plum cake.

I just use what I had at home imagination and copy some steps my mom did in the past.

in the end of the day my friend parents came to pick her up taste and said:

"it is sooo good, but salty a little bit"

appear to be I put salt instead of sugar...

Supplies

must have: Oven, Baking dish, flour, Baking powder or baking soda mixed with vinegar or lemon juice.

optionality: whatever you have at home which turn the pastry into a sweet dessert; Sugar, knife and any fruit(plum is a great option).nuts, Chocolate or other candy

  • put your oven on 180 (C).
  • cut your fruit; chocolate or candies if it's big too much
  • mix all the Ingredients together. you can do that in the baking dish or in a bowl.
  • *only for those who use baking soda: put teaspoon of backing soda over a cup. pour over it a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice. wait 15 sec and pour it over the mixture without the left bottom grains. mix everything together as well.
  • put into the hot oven and wait around 20 min.
  • let the cake cool and enjoy :))
