Make Your Cookies!
Make the cookies following the directions on the back (mix with 1/2 cup butter and one egg) then bake normally in oven for 10-11 minutes or until golden brown
Crush Those Cookies!
Once your cookies are done baking take them out and let them cool for about ten minutes.
Once they’ve cooled completely you’ll take as many as you want at a time and crush them into crumbs

Make the Balls!
Once you’re done crushing get a small bowl and fill it with about 2 tablespoons of ice cream (you’ll only be doing one or two balls at a time so the ice cream doesn’t melt) I kept my bowl in the freezer for about five minutes so that I could reduce the chances if it melting fast!
Once you have your bowl ready you’re going to want to work fast, one or two balls at a time and popping them into a tray in the freezer when done each ball,
In the icecream bowl add about a a teaspoon or two and any other toppings you like (I drizzled in a bit of caramel sauce) and use two spoons to carefully form a ball then pop it into the freezer
Repeat for as much as you have
