Wood blocks, Press, Stepped Drill Bit or Hole-saw

Drill Hole in Wood Block

Cut a hole in a wood block SLIGHTLY larger than the outside pipe diameter. The closer to the pipe size the better. This hole is what keeps the pipe from being crushed.

Arrange the Wood Pieces

Slide the holed block onto the pipe at the bend.

Set the ends of the pipe on wood blocks taller than holed block.

Put in Press and Press Down

Align the pipe with the bend facing up. Align the holed block so the wood grain is HORIZONTAL.

Use the press to bend the pipe back into shape. You will probably have to press more than the bend because the pipe will want to spring back.

Do a little at a time.

It helps to pre-mark the high spots on the pipe with a marker.

Repeat

Repeat for each bend.
