How to Make an EGG INCUBATOR - Full Automatic

STEP 1. Bill of Materials and Tools
Materials Required :
1.Water Can - 20 Liters
2.3d printer
3.Temperature And Humidity Meter controler
4.Motor 12 volt
5.Power Supply
6. Hot resistance 200 watt 12 volt
7. 12 volt Fan
8. Fresh Eggs (2-12 Days Old)
9.Glue Gun
10. Dogs feeder
Step 2: Manufacture All Parts
To manufacture the pieces I attach the 2D plans. You will need a 3D printer for the plastic parts and some sheet steel that can be substituted for wood if you don't have a sheet metal cutter.
Follow 2D plans for print frame in PLA or ABs, enough.
For steel parts, is needed an axe, for allow the rotation of the sheet central metal. For allow eggs spin, should be enough with plastic part which fix eggs in the middle part.
It's important take 12 volts for every electrical part. In order to get the same power supply for every part.
STEP 3: HOW IT WORKS - Instructions
Easy. Chicken Eggs Take 21 Days To Hatch....For Hatching Eggs In Incubator
We Need To Maintain Temperature In Incubator 37°C - 39°C And Humidity 50% - 65 % .....
For Better Results.Turn The Eggs Daily 3-4 Times Till First 18 Days Of Incubation....
After 18 Days Stop Turning Eggs And Increase Humidity To 65% - 80% Chicks Will Comes Out Of The Eggs (Hatch) Between 19-24 Days
