How to Make a Sword
Today I will be showing you how to make a sword. It is based on most mediaeval swords and not based on one particular sword
Supplies
Windbreaker Stick or Wooden Pole (Around 1 metre or 3ft)
Silver Acrylic Paint
Paint Brush
Sandpaper
Leather Strips
2 Wall Brackets
Hot Glue
Sanding
Sand the End of The wooden pole .The end of the windbreaker will already be sharp but may need to be sanded. Also sand the rest of the blade so paint will stick to it easier
Paint
Hold the Sword where your hilt will be and paint everything above your hand in silver acrylic. You could also use spray paint. TIP : If you want your paint to dry faster use a hair dryer
Leather Straps
Firstly, Plug in your hot glue gun. Then Get a Sample of Leather and cut a few strips out. Then once the glue gun has heathen up, Put hot glue on the back of a strip and wrap it where your hilt will be. Repeat this until your hilt is covered.
Crossguard
You Could Upgrade this part but I simply hot glued wall brackets at the top of my hilt
Final Details
Get a Pencil And carve Something into The blade. Translate it into Latin. I Have a Phrase Master War and Death. Dominus Bellum et mors. You have now finished your sword.thank you for reading
