How to make a pvc light stand and tripod - pvc pipe projects - how to make tripod

Today I am making a PVC pipe tripod and a light stand which is easy to make ,it is based on normal aluminium tripod to work as so it will take less space on the ground and can lift more heavy items on the top it is height can be adjusted ,I am using the cctv camera stand which is perfectly work for all the angle which is needed for a camera or cell phone.

Supplies

15 inches of 0.75 inches diamter pvc pipes x 3

15 inches of 1 inches diamter pvc pipes x 3

15 inches of 1.25 inches diamter pvc pipes x 3

24 inches of 1.25 inches diamter pvc pipes x 1

l shape pvc connector x 7

t shape pvc connector x 1

end caps x 3

Screw with tighten nut x 3

Make a hole in the L shape connector and place the screw through the angle and connect another angle so the connector can move freely do this with 2 connector also,tilt a little bit of the angles so it all three can connect together.

Take a 15 inches piece of pvc pipe and put it from inside of the moving connector space from here so it can move up and down freely.

cut out 1 inches of pieces of PVC and place it the l shape connector and form a donuts shape ,

place the end cap on the right point and tighten with screws and place a 2 inches of PVC and drill a hole in the bottom part and place a screw and tighten with bolt and then place that on the end cap,

Take a 7 inches of PVC pipe and put it through the screw so it can move up and down freely and do it all three.

Cut out the 1 inches pvc pipe from the 1 inches widht pvc pipe and also cut it in half ,place a rivet and angle and tighten the rivet ,place it the bottom of the 1 inches widht pipe then place the screws in the last hole of the angle and put the screw and tighten with nut.

Cut out a piece of 1 inches pvc pipe and place it inside of the l connector and then place 15 inches of 1.25 inches pvc pipe over it and tighten it with screws and connect other two as well, put the donut connector in the 1.25 inches of pvc pipe which is coming from the moving connector ,now connect the pipes from the donut connect to moving connector it will make the donut to go up and down freely and also opening the moving part pvc pipe open wide and close.

Take the 15 inches PVC pipe of 1 inches a place it snide of the moving part pipe and tighten it with screw making it is length increase.

Place the t shape with the 3 inches of PVC pipe in it and put it inside the moving part pvc pipe and tighten it with screw then also tighten it with the donuts part pipes connect to t shape.

now it can freely go up and down without getting out of shape .

Make a hole in the upper part of the structure pipe and place a tighten screw ,take 2 feet of 0.85 inches diameter pipe and place it inside of 2 feet of 1 inches pipe and make hole with the gap of 3 inches in both of the pipes and place the tighten screws as per need increase or decrease the lenght.

I am using a cctv camera stand for the mobile holder place it on the top of the pvc pipe and tighten it with the screw this cctv holder can move the camera in any position needed and for the led light i simple use zip tie to attach it on the top part.
