How to Make a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are easy to make right? Bill Watterson once said, “If you can’t control your peanut butter, you can’t expect to control your life”. I believe that he is right because in order to have the greatest peanut butter and jelly sandwich you need proper control over your peanut butter.
Step 1
In order to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich we will first
need a few materials which will include a butter knife, two slices of bread, peanut butter and some grape jelly or whatever kind of jelly you prefer.
Step 2
First, we will need to open everything. I will explain to you in detail how to open everything. In order to open the bread we will need to untie the twisty tie and then we will be able to take your bread out. In order to open the jar of peanut butter we will need to screw the cap to the left until the cap is off. To open the jelly we will need to screw the cap to the left until the cap comes off.
Step 3
Now, we are going to want to put your two slices of bread on the counter-top. Then, we are going to want to put your butter knife into the peanut butter until we have enough peanut butter to spread on one slice of bread. Now that we have peanut butter on our butter knife we are going to want to spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread. Repeat the process for the second slice of bread.
Step 4
Thirdly,we are going to take our opened jar of jelly and stick the butter knife in the jar and get some on the knife. We want enough to be able to spread on one slice of bread. Repeat the process for the second slice. I put this after the peanut butter because it is easier to spread jelly on top of the peanut butter. It also keeps the jelly form seeping into the bread and making it soggy.
Final Step
Lastly, we are going to be putting our sandwich together. In order to do this we are going to take one slice of bread and put it on the second slice, making sure that the peanut butter and jelly sides are pushed together.
