2 pounds of ground beef
1 egg,beaten
¾ cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 slice of tomato

Ketchup
Mustard
A set of burger buns
Burger Preperations
Preheat your grill for high heat.
Mixing the Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands. Form the mixture into patties.
Grilling the Burger
Lightly oil the grill grate, and grill the patty(s) until done. Don't forget to turn it over!(usually takes around five minutes)
Grilling the Bun
Now use the grill and put your bun on it, puffy side up, and leave it there for around 1.5 minutes to toast and then turn off your grill.
Putting It All Together
Working from the bottom up, take your bottom bun and put the patty on it, then put your branch of lettuce on top of the patty, next the tomato, and then your desired condiments.(This step can be tailored to fit your needs)
