How to Make a Controller (CAD)

Hi do you need to make a controller for a project you are making? Search no longer this is the instructable for you

Here are the supplies needed:

3D printer (or you can use a printing service)

CAD software

I suggest Tinkercad and Onshape

First thing is we have to figure what cad we want to use!

If you don't know what CAD to use:

If you don't know your dimensions Tinkercad. Because of the Electronics Scaling which really helps. On the other hand if you have your dimensions all ready I suggest Onshape because its simple to use.

If you know which Cad to use go ahead!

Steps When Making:

1: Before Making, Sketch out the shape of your controller: Make sure its comfortable to hold

2: Make space for electronics:

I wanted to make my controller like a nintendo switch because, (Inspiration From James Bruton) I think its comfortable to hold. So I divided it to 3 Rectangle shapes. The middle one will hold the lcd and buttons. the other 2 rectangles are for the joysticks.
