How to Make a Cheap and Easy Quilling Tool

In this instructable I will be showing you how to build a quilling tool whicks is fast and easy to make. It may not be the best but it can easy be redone.

You will need scissors, an empty pen, tape, and a toothpick.

First cut the toothpick a little bit down the center, just enough to fit the piece of paper in.

Place toothpick inside empty pen, secure it with tape, and then you are done.
