Joining the Wood Pieces for Base
We have to joint all three 6" of wood together as a base, By hammer the 2" nails on both sides. I am using scrap wood so I have this side but if you already have 3" widht wood so you can skip this step.
Making Pillars
Now making a pillars so I have make 2 holes on the edges of 6" pieces of wood on only sides of them, Then place a 3" screws from one side to 8" of wood pieces forming a pillars.
Attaching Thrower Piece
Placing a thrower 10" wood piece in between the pillars, Make a hole 2" distance from bottom from the pillar sides way to other pillar making a hole in the 10" wood piece as well but it should be place half a inch distace from the bottom so it can move freely back and forth.Place a screw on the top side of thrower wood piece and put it a little back and make a hole on the top side of pillars, I have placed a 5" bolt hre so it can be adjusted to it's power as well.
Placing a PVC Cap
Place the PVC cap on the top of 10" wood piece and secure it with a 0.5" screw , Place the rubber band on the top side of pillar bolt to the bolt of thrower wood piece.
Making Bouncing Paper Balls
Take a tissue paper and fold it to form a ball and tie a knot with a rubber band so when it hit something it will bounce as well and it's safe as well.
