Making Your No-Churn Superman Ice Cream Mixture

Churning is a hassle, so I am sharing this recipe to easily make ice cream at home without needing a churner.

First, you want to beat your heavy cream until it forms firm peaks, and then you will add your sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Divide Your Mixture

Next, you want to divide the mixture into 3 equal portions into 3 separate bowls. You will need To add a few drops of red food coloring to one bowl, a few drops of blue to another bowl, and a few drops of yellow to the last bowl. Mix the mixtures in your bowls until they are fully, solid colored.

Transfer Your Mixtures to a Pan

Now, you're going to transfer all 3 of your mixtures into a loaf pan or baking dish by alternatley scooping each mixture into the pan. So, you will take a scoop of red, then one blue, then one yellow into the baking dish until you are out of mixture. Once all of your mixture is in the dish, swirl through it with a toothpick to give it a marble look.

Place Your Dish in the Freezer

Once all your mixture is together in your dish, you can place your dish in the freezer where your ice cream will freeze for at least 8 hours.

Enjoy Your Ice Cream!

Now that your ice cream has been freezing for 8 hours, it is ready to eat! It should be firm enough to scoop with an ice cream scoop but not too hard that it cant be scooped with a spoon. When you're finished, you can cover your dish with plastic wrap and return it back to the freezer.
