How to Make Dalgona Cookie
This trendy easy to make cookie candy is sos much fun and you need to try it you have probably seen it all over your social media and I’m going to teach you how to perfect it! Here’s a pro tip: grease all surfaces before starting grease the cookie sheet you are placing your welted dalgona on, grease the object you are using to flatten it out, and grease the cookie cutter of your choice of shape!
Supplies
2 tablespoons sugar
A pinch of baking soda
Spoon for mixing
Tiny pot or ladle
Cookie cutter of choice and cookie sheet

Melting the Sugar
The first step to the dalgona cookie is to melt two tablespoons of sugar on medium low heat till completely melted stirring frequently to make sure it doesn’t burn. Once completely melted remove from heat immediately.
Adding Baking Soda and Pouring
Add pinch of baking soda and mix until combined then immediately bring over to sheet. Pour on to sheet and flatten cookie using a round flat object.
Press Cookie Cutter
Press the cookie cutter of choice on dalgona and take off after 5 seconds. Attempt with your needle to break out your shape have fun and enjoy!
