How to Make 3 Easy Scrap Metal Art Projects With Hot Glue
I have made 3 scrap metal robots with hot glue and metal in the old hardware drawer and a spoon in the kitchen drawer. This is a very fun project all you need is metal and a hot glue gun no welder you can do this at your house you really don't need to get every material for this build just use whatever you have. Nothing is the limit. Have fun!
Supplies
Just grab whatever you have in your hardware drawers or just around your house just make sure that whatever you are grabbing is not sharp or potentially dangerous. You do not need a lot of hardware enough to make a robot or something cool. Just be creative.
Jimmy Build: 1
First you need to start with a base something stable that won't fall over. I used an old pad lock for my base so the base could rotate. Then preheat your hot glue gun...
Jimmy Build: 2
Then you will need some sort of torso. Glue your torso to the base make sure you base is still stable and not wobbly.
Jimmy Build: 3
You may need to make your torso longer.
Put some glue around the edge of a washer or a nut and glue it at the top of the torso.
Jimmy Build: 4
Glue 2 arms to the side of the torso so then they are arms.
I used a screw and a thing for taking drone propellers off.
Jimmy Build: 4
Glue a spoon to Jimmy's arms making it look like he is playing the guitar. Done! With Jimmy
Bob Build: 1
This time you will not need a base just get a flat wrench or whatever you have this one is rather simple for beginners.
Bob Build: 2
Use an "L" shaped Alan wrench for the guitar just glue it smack in the middle.
Bob Build: 3
Add some sort of eyes/ eye to your robot then mouth which is a screw
Toolio Build: 1
First grab a long Cylinder piece to attach everything to.
Toolio Build: 2
Then grab a Alan wrench and glue it to make it his guitar.
Toolio Build: 3
Put a battery on the top of his head with an led so the led lights up.
Toolio Build: 4
Done with Toolio.
Done! I hope you enjoyed make this project and post it down below I would love to see
