I’m going to show you a simple way to peel corn and a great garlic butter grilled corn.
We have all been there, we’ve cooked our corn and when you peel it, you end up picking off all the hairs left behind.
This food tip will leave you with perfectly hairless corn.
To Start Off, You Need to Cook the Corn.
Cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Add an extra minute for each cob of corn you’re cooking.
Cooking corn with the husks still on allows the corn to steam and I find it locks in all the flavour.
Now That the Corn Is Cooked, All You Have to Do Is Cook Off the End With a Knife.
Holding the top of the corn squeezes out the cob of corn.
By doing it this way all the hair is held at the top and the corn comes out nice and clean.
