How to Draw Custom Doodle Cartoon Characters Tutorial for Beginners

Hi all here is another Tutorial for you guys to enjoy!!

Well to be creative this time I tried to draw a cute cartoon characters in a shoe style with some random imagination in my head. Resulting in something new & fresh out of my sketch.

I hope you like the Doodle Art Characters.

Well for this project, I used

1- Standard drawing file

2- Graphite pencil.

3- Microns Markers - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05

4- Art Line Marker - .05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.6, 0.8

Well to start this cute doodle characters in a shoe style.

I made a shoe like opening (like a Y letter) as shown in the picture, with 9 shoe holes for laces

start connecting the holes with laces like the way we wear shoes. The top hole will be used to show the remaining lace to give a untied effect. and rest 8 connect them diagonally.

Lets begin making cute doodle faces, its totally on our imagination and creativity

In this I made one with a cute over sized spectacles. while other I made with over sized ears.

Made second row of faces outline, again no such rule we can put our creativity to make it look even more beautiful.

Once you are satisfied with the structure then make it final by using a micron marker now and rub the pencil lines after that.

Using a sketch pen I made thick borders around the shoe opening and covering the holes with black color to give that shoe lace effect.

Lets begin with giving life to these characters one by one. I did the oversized spectacles on one with big wide eyes while small closed eyes in second and teddy bear eyes on the third.

Made 2 big characters in it, one with all black eyes n dot style on the body. while the other character with a bear eye with a wide smile n dotted style on the body with ears rolling on the head.

In this made 4 diff style characters each having different face features.

In this made the remaining characters displayed full of creativity one with rabbit style character while other with a leopard style character.

On the right upside corner, made 3 leaf like design with a circle with sun like lines on it, while covering rest of the portion with all black color.

In the shoe opening area created a line with parallel to the deign with small lines at equal intervals giving the converse shoe effect.

In the end, its finished by filling the laces with small lines as shown in the picture.

And we DONE!!!!
