I know you’re thinking this is a little crazy but that’s what I first thought when I ate these at a local café “Love On Coffee"

These are insanely declivous and addictive.

First We Need to Make the Tandoori Sauce.

In a bowl add:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Garam-masla
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp sweet paprika

Finally, the Juice of Half a Lime.

Mix together.

his is the sauce done! You can use this sauce to make tandoori chicken.

Deep Fry Your Fries at 350f or 170c, for a Recipe Like This I Normally Use Frozen Fries.

How Make Chicken Salt, Australia's Best Kept Secret

Drain the fries before seasoning with salt, I’m using an Aussie Favourite Chicken Salt.

All That’s Left to Do Is Serve It Up!

Place the fries on a plate and then top with the tandoori sauce.

Finish it off by sprinkling over some grated coconut for some sweetness.

These are so damn delicious; I know at first it seems crazy but it is a recipe worth giving a go.
