This is a quick and easy late night snack or a great side dish for a party.
First We Need to Make the Sauce.
In a bowl add:
- 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
Mix it all together.
Place in the fridge until needed.
Next Dice One Onion.
Then roughly chopped one stick of chorizo.
Chop four strips of bacon.
Heat a Pan Over Medium, Add Some Oil.
Fry off the onions until they begin to soften.
You’ll need a pan that can be placed in the oven.
Add the chorizo before adding the bacon.
Fry the bacon and chorizo until it becomes crispy and the onion browns.
Take it off the heat and set the onion, chorizo and bacon to one side.
