How to Cook Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread
This is the perfect finger food or shared starter and it’s so simple to make.
To Start You’ll Need Some Butter That Is at Room Temp.
Add one table spoon of minced garlic.
Add more or less depending on how much garlic can handle.
Mix the garlic into the butter.
Next Chop Some Flat Leaf Parley Before Add It to the Garlic Butter.
Give it another mix before seasoning with salt.
Once it’s been mixed, set to one side.
Then You’ll Need a Loaf of Bread.
A long loaf like this one works best.
Slice across the loaf on the diagonal, leaving about an inch between each cut.
Then slice the opposite direction, take your take because you don’t want to rip a part the bread.
Now Take the Garlic Butter and Using It, Spread It Between the Slices.
Make sure you really get it in there.
You want every bite to get a beautiful taste of that garlic butter.
Spread some of the butter across the top of the loaf.
Next, Push Grated Mozzarella Into All the Gaps.
When the cheese melts it will not only add an amazing texture but all help to hold the loaf together until it’s ready.
This is ready to hit the BBQ.
Light a Chimney of Charcoal.
Bring the BBQ up to a medium to high temp.
Place the Bread Opposite the Charcoal.
Cover with the lid and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
The Cheese Has Melt and the Top Has Become Golden Brown.
Take it off the heat, be careful as the bread is really hot.
All that’s left to do is serve it up.
There You Have It! Cheesy Garlic Bread.
It the perfect finger food for a party and quick and easy to make.
The best part of making this way is being able to pull out squares of bread with the cheese and garlic butter.
